Raymond Holm started with a small decision — and a big surprise. In 2022, the first apartment at Lumière Riverside was completed with the goal of long-term rental. Every element was seriously invested in: design, functionality, quality of finishing — according to the standards of a sustainable living space. After completion, the apartment was listed on Airbnb as a market test. The results exceeded expectations.
